The building is designed for LEED – SILVER rating.
While contributing to the inhabitants of the building, we aspire to make a bigger contribution to the Environment and Society as a whole.
- The Podiums are designed with lots of green areas
- Vertical greens are provided as sun breaks
- Flower beds are a integral part of the design adding character to the building
